  The resistant dextrin is specially because of the truth that below the movement of acid and heat, starch molecules are first degraded to provide a few monosaccharides, disaccharides, oligosaccharides and small molecular dextrins.


  At excessive temperature, those small molecules can be re polymerized, and the re-polymerized glucose molecules might not be α- 1,four glycosidic bond and α- 1,6, however it's miles feasible to generate α、β- 1,2 and α、β- 1,three and L-glucan, etc. These bonds can't or are tough to be  degraded through α- Amylase and glucoamylase, so it referred to as resistant dextrin.Resistant maltodextrin is low glycemic index,Tapioca resistant maltodextrin for beverage.
